What started as weekend pickup games grew into a full facility with proper courts, a live queue system, and a crowd that shows up every day. All levels, all welcome.

Check in at the facility
Arrive at PicklePoint and check in with staff to start your session.

Join the queue
Add yourself to the court queue on the app. Your position is held — watch the display screen to track your spot.

Play your match
When a court opens up, you and three other players are called. One match per turn, 20 minutes on court.

Rematch or step out
After your match, choose to rejoin the queue for another round or call it a day — your session covers multiple matches.

How do I play pickleball at PicklePoint Iloilo?
Walk in and check in with staff to start your session — no reservation needed for open play. Add yourself to the queue on the app, watch the display screen for your spot, and you'll be called with three other players when a court opens up.
Do I need to book in advance?
Only for private court rental. Open play (the walk-in queue) is first-come, first-served — just show up, check in, and join the queue. Booking a specific time slot online is for renting a court privately at /booking.
How much does it cost to play?
Open play is ₱150 for 5 hours of play or ₱250 for unlimited play in a day (₱120 / ₱200 for UPPC members). Private court rental is ₱400/hr for a regular court or ₱800/hr for a VIP court (courts 4–6), both capped at 4 players with an hourly extra-player fee.
What are PicklePoint Iloilo's hours?
Open daily, 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM Monday through Thursday and Sunday. Friday and Saturday, PicklePoint is open 24 hours.

How many courts does PicklePoint have?
Six indoor pickleball courts, including dedicated VIP courts (4, 5, and 6) for private rental.
Do I need to bring my own paddle or be skilled to play?
No. All skill levels are welcome, from total beginners to advanced players. Skill level is tracked for reference but doesn't affect who you're matched with in the queue — queue position decides who plays next.
Can I get coaching at PicklePoint?
Yes. In-house coaching runs ₱600/person/hr for 1-on-1, dropping to ₱450/person/hr for 2 players and ₱400/person/hr for 3 or more, by appointment 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. You can also bring your own freelance coach and just pay standard court rental.
Will I get notified when it's my turn in the queue?
There are no push or SMS notifications — track your position by watching the live /display screen at the facility.
